Welcome to the Career Pathways program, a unique experience designed for high school girls who are curious about their future and ready to explore what’s possible.

Through hands-on activities, meaningful connections with industry leaders, and real insight into different career sectors, this program helps participants feel confident about their next steps after high school whether that’s university, college, trades, or a specialized program.

What You'll Experience
- Format: Monthly half-day workshops

- Cohort Size: Highly interactive, small cohort of 25–30 girls per location.
- Mentorship: Direct connection with industry leaders and sector experts.
- Community: Dedicated workshop opportunities for parents/caregivers
Throughout the program, participants will:

Why This Matters
For many students, Grades 11 and 12 mark the beginning of important decisions about the future. Choosing courses, understanding prerequisites, exploring post-secondary options, applying for scholarships, considering co-op placements, and evaluating career pathways can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to replace uncertainty with clarity by connecting girls to real stories, real opportunities, and practical guidance.

At its core, the Career Pathways Pilot Program is about expanding possibilities. By connecting girls with real stories, diverse career journeys, and practical guidance, we help them discover opportunities they may never have considered and build the confidence to pursue them.
The Career Pathways Pilot Program is proudly presented by the Artspiration Foundation, guided by a simple belief: every young woman deserves access to opportunity, visibility into what is possible, and the support to pursue a future that reflects her ambitions, talents, and potential.
