Welcome to the pilot edition of our Career Pathways program a unique experience designed for high school girls who are curious about their future and ready to explore what’s possible.
Through hands-on activities, meaningful connections with industry leaders, and real insight into different career sectors, this program helps participants feel confident about their next steps after high school whether that’s university, college, trades, or a specialized program.
This is where curiosity meets opportunity and where big dreams begin to feel real.

What You'll Experience
- Format: Monthly half-day workshops
- Dates: Coming Soon
- Location: Peel Region
- Cohort Size: Highly interactive, small cohort of 25–30 girls per location.
- Mentorship: Direct connection with industry leaders and sector experts.
- Community: Dedicated workshop opportunities for parents/caregivers
Throughout the program, participants will:

✔ Participate in hands-on workshops and interactive activities.
✔ Build crucial networking and communication skills.
✔ Learn how to prepare for post-secondary opportunities.
✔ Gain clarity, confidence, and support.
Every session is designed to be engaging, empowering, and fun not just informational.
Why This Matters
Decision-making in Grade 11 and 12 can feel overwhelming we get it. Programs, prerequisites, applications, co-ops, scholarships… there’s a lot to navigate.
Our goal is to help girls feel informed, supported, and excited about their future not pressured or stressed. By providing exposure to real stories, real pathways, and real opportunities, this pilot program helps participants make clearer decisions and discover possibilities they didn’t even know existed.

This unique mix gives participants exposure to both traditional and emerging career pathways helping them discover possibilities they may not have considered and allowing them to connect with professionals who are passionate about what they do.
